Arsenal To Sign Dennis Saurez on Loan

That Arsenal need to sign a winger, a centre back and maybe another attacking midfield ( since Ozil isn’t wanted and isn’t performing up to standard ) is something that virtually all Arsenal fans will agree to. And judging by reports in the Spanish press today, it appears Arsenal are on the verge of completing the signing of their first summer deal.

Reports have it that the Gunners and Barca have finally made headway in the Gunners bid to sign Denis Suarez on loan. The rumour has been in the media for some time with some click bait sites claiming as far back as three weeks ago that the deal was completed. It appears the latest reports from Spain are legit though.

Most bookmakers have Suarez odds on to join Arsenal this winter. That market offers punters chance to make good money. We recommend you check out Olbg for the latest offers for you to avail of. They also have other betting offers you may be interested on.

Back on topic, aside Suarez, Arsenal have also in recent days been linked with the signing of Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic. It is reported that Arsenal want the Croatian on loan with option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season. And if you believe daily star, Arsenal have offered the world cup finalist a whopping 75% increment on his current wage package.

Although it is Daily Star and they are not known for being reliable when it comes to transfer news but if it is true, it could well mean that Arsenal are setting themselves up for another disaster. I really do not know how much the Croatian currently earns at Inter Milan but judging by what is obtainable elsewhere, and what daily star are reporting, he will be making as much as £115,000-a-week with Arsenal.

Although considering what Ozil gets £115,000 a week isn’t too much but are the Gunners that desperate to offer as much as 75% increment on his current contract? If Perisic was being signed from a Premier league club and is not 30 I won’t mind but he is coming from Italy and will be 30 in few days from now.

Putting him on such a big contract could make it difficult for Arsenal to get rid of him ( if the deal with Inter includes a mandatory purchase clause ) should he flop. And this has happened many times. Elneny is a perfect example. It has been reported many times that the club wants to get rid of him but haven’t been able due to his big wage package which most of the smaller clubs who are interested in him can’t afford.
